Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, daughter of Sarath Kumar is making waves in Tollywood with her impactful performances. though she is from Kollywood, Varalakshmi endeared herself to all with her performances so much so that she started dubbing for her roles in Telugu. She recently played an important role in Samantha's Yashoda.
Varalakshmi is starring in Balakrishna's Veera Simha Reddy which is progressing at a brisk pace in the direction of Gopichand Malineni. Varalakshmi speaking to scribes shared the secrets about her role. She said she has a five pages dialogue in a scene in the flashback and the makers took 3 days off her call sheet. She said however she completed it in less than a day.
Varalakshmi said since her childhood she has had a habit of remembering things and this is helping her in completing her scenes in a single take. She said she shed weight for her role in Veera Simha Reddy. She revealed that she did the same for Yashoda. Varalakshmi said she is having 8 films at present and apart from Veera Simha Reddy she is starring in HanuMan and Sabari in Telugu.
