Nayanthara - Vignesh Shivan got married in June in a grand affair. Within three months they announced that they have become proud parents of twins to everyone's shock. Knowing that they became parents through surrogacy, Tamil Nadu Government formed a committee to confirm whether they followed legal surrogacy rules or not. The very next day Nayan - Vignesh submitted a legal document that they have been legally married since six years and they have started surrogacy process last December.
The committee started their enquiry from the hospital the star couple approached for their surrogacy process. Yesterday the committee has completed their report and submitted to government. It stated that Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivn became parents via surrogacy abiding all rules. It also confirmed thet they officially got married via register marriage in March, 2016 and there is nothing wrong on their part. After the committee's clean chit, Tamil Nadu health minister announced the same and cleared the air in Nayanthara surrogacy issue.
