Samantha is leaving no stone in rubbing salt on the wounds of already hurt Akkineni fans. Ever since she parted ways with Naga Chaitanya, Samantha has been making statements virtually targeting Naga Chaitanya directly or indirectly. Samantha participated in the popular celebrity talk show, Koffee With Karan, hosted by Karan Johar.
In the show, Samantha rubbed salt by correcting Karan that Naga Chaitanya is her ex-husband. She even danced sensuously with Akshay Kumar for the song Oo Antava and to the top of it, Akshay carried Samantha in his lap. Now Samantha showered praises on Rowdy Star Vijay Devarakonda.
When Karan Johar asked to name the most desirable actor and told Samantha not to take the name of Ranveer Singh as Akshay would get hurt, Akshay quipped 'why would I get hurt', Samantha replied 'Vijay Devarakonda'. Karan tried to pull Samantha's leg by talking about her closeness with Vijay Devarakonda and her upcoming film Kushi with him under Shiva Nirvana's direction.
Samantha however said that she felt that Vijay Devarakonda is the most desirable after working with him. It is known that Samantha and Vijay Devarakonda earlier starred in Mahanati.
