Movie lovers need no introduction to Tamil Rockers, the website which used to upload HD quality prints of the films within minutes of the release shocking everyone. Their piracy even when the governments announced tough laws came as a shock to the filmmakers. Inspired by their deeds, a web series Tamil Rockerz is coming featuring Arun Vijay in the lead.
The web series will be streaming on Sony Liv soon and the organizers released the trailer which went viral on social media. The trailer showed Tamil Rockerz pirating the top stars' films from across the country and the government officials trying to nab them but their efforts went in vain.
The trailer is gripping with intense elements and references to Pawan Kalyan's film getting pirated generated interest. The background music and cinematography elevated the proceedings. The film directed by Arivazhagan starred Vani Bhojan, Ishwarya Menon, Azhagam Perumal, Vinodhini, G.Marimuthu, Tharun Kumar, Vinod Sagar, Sharath Ravi, Kaakamuttai Ramesh, Kakkamuttai Vignesh, Ajit Joshy in important roles. The web series bankrolled on AVM banner is set for streaming on August 19, 2022.
