Rajasekhar is set to show his power with his upcoming entertainer Shekar. The film is directed by his wife Jeevitha and is releasing in a grand manner on May 20. Ahead of the film's release the makers released the film's trailer. Adivi Sesh released the film's trailer and wished the makers all the best. The film is generating immense interest as Rajasekhar is sharing screen presence with his daughter Shivani for the first time in his career.
The trailer started off with the narration that there are many cops who work even after retirement. Rajasekhar is then shown in an intense avatar. He looked macho sporting a white beard. Prakash Raj appeared as a laser and the trailer ended with interesting twists and turns with emotional scenes. The background music tuned by Anup Rubens elevated the scenes increasing the intensity. Mallikarjun Naragani's cinematography is realistic and natural.
The film starred Aathmeeya Rajan, Muskaan Kubchandhani as the female leads, Prakash Raj, Abhinav Gowtham, Kannada Kishore, Sameer, Tanikella Bharani, Ravi Varma, and Shravan Raghavendra are starring in important roles.The film is a remake of Malayalam film Joseph and is produced by Rajashekar’s daughters Shivani and Shivathmika along with MLV Satyanarayana on Pegasus Cinecorp, Taurus Cinecorp, Sudhakar Impex IPL, Tripura Creations.
