Entire media and film industry is these days chanting the only mantra of ‘Taapsee’. Such is the glamor of this Delhi babe who is ruling the roost with her yet to be released ‘Jhummandi Naadam.’
There has been an old misconception that educated class especially the professionally educated class doesn’t find fit or room to adjust themsleves in glamor field and especially South Indian cine field where internal politics play the key role in finalizing the cast and crew. Strangely here is one girl Taapsee who completed B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from famous Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology (GTBIT) in New Delhi has made her niche in the field, even without a single release.
Taapsee is a gold medalist from the college and has developed a special Ipod application and got it patented even. After making foray in glam industry with 2008 Femina Miss India competition where she was selected as ‘Miss Fresh Face’ and ‘Miss Beauty Skin,’ Taapsee then made her name in Kathak dance performing and practising for nearly 10 years.
Remember Taapsee performing energetic dances in 93.5 Red FM, TV ad from where she attracted Manchu family and Raghavendra Rao to get her seat booked for ‘Jhummandi Naadam.’ Let us hope that, this genius girl Taapsee serve as role model for further more talented and aspiring graduates and post graduates who are willing to make their contribution to cine field.
