Siddhu Jonnalagadda scored a resounding hit with his recent film DJ Tillu. The film starring Neha Shetty under the direction of Vimal Krishna turned out to be a silent hit much to the delight of the makers. According to the latest, Siddhu Jonnalagadda shocked a director with his decision. Siddhu Jonnalagadda though made an impression with Krishna and His Leela, he attained stardom with DJ Tillu.
Now that he got an immense craze among youth, he decided to opt-out of the film which he signed earlier,thus shocking the makers. The film happens to be the remake of the Malayalam film Kappela. Sithara Entertainments which bankrolled DJ Tillu is bankrolling the project. Ramesh alias Shouri Chandrasekhar, a protege of Sukumar is making his debut as t

The film stars Anaika Surendran as the female lead. She is reprising the role played by Anna Ben in Malayalam. Though the film is a female-oriented film, the male lead has ample screen presence and Roshan Andrews did the role in the original. However with his image completely changed after the success of DJ Tillu, Siddhu Jonnalagadda decided to opt-out of the project after shooting for a few scenes in the film.
