Tollywood got a huge shock when it came to know that senior director Tatineni Ramarao passed away. 84 years old Tatineni Ramarao was suffering from health issues and he had been receiving treatment for the same for a long. He breathed his last at Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu yesterday midnight.
Tatineni Ramao was born at Kapileswarapuram in the Krishna District and entered Tollywood with Navaratri in 1966. He made many hit films in Telugu and Hindi which included Yamagola, Jeevana Tarangalu, Dorababu, Aalumagalu, Anuraga Devatha, Nyayaniki Sankellu, Prateekaar, etc.
He also worked under his cousin Tatineni Prakashrao and Kotaiah Pratyagatma as the assistant director.
