AP Ticket Rates: CM Jagan signs the GO

Finally, the AP government headed by CM Jagan Mohan Reddy is all set to come with good news on theatre ticket rates in the state. According to the latest, it is coming out that AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy already signed the file revising the existing GO which now enables the increase in ticket rates in the theatres.

The revised GO is expected in all probability by today evening or by tomorrow on Tuesday. AP government as directed by the AP High Court will submit the GO to the High Court thus completing the entire process. With the revised GO, the upcoming biggies, Prabhas' Radhe Shyam and Rajamouli's RRR will derive huge benefits.

CM Jagan, fully satisfied after ensuring Pawan Kalyan's Bheemla Nayak ended its run at the box office, decided to act quickly and sign the file revising the ticket rates. It is known that AP Government passed special orders directing the officials to target Bheemla Nayak pressurizing theatres to sell tickets at the rates as per the previous GO which was struck down by the High Court.

According to the sources, the revised ticket rates will be as follows.

A centres Rs 200, B centres Rs 177,C&D centres Rs 150 for the pan India films.
A centres Rs 150, B centres Rs 135, C& D centrres Rs 89 for non pan India films.
