Nothing to panic with the title. Akkineni Nagarjuna’s super hit movie ‘Azad’ will now be remade in Tamil as ‘Velayudhan’ by hero Vijay in the direction ‘Jayam’ Raja. Sources say that, Vijay’s 50th film ‘Sura’ was declared failure and he wants to regain the lost form with this genuine block buster ‘Azad.’
As we know that hero’s role will be of Robinhood type in the movie where in depressed sections of society are continuously saved by Azad. Heroine Soundaya played the role of a journalist in the movie which will be done here by Genelia and Shilpa Shetty’s village girl role will be performed by Hansika Motwani.
Vijay is a good copy cat from Tollywood and hope this one balances his failure of ‘Sura.’
