Bollywood Queen Kangana Ranaut is set to entertain movie lovers with her upcoming film Thalaivi. The film is directed by AL. Vijay is a biopic on former Tamil Nadu CM, yesteryear actress Jayalalithaa. The film is racing for a grand release on September 10 offering Vinayaka Chavithi treat.
The makers released the song Nee Kannullo Emunnnado shot on Kangana Ranaut and Aravind Swamy playing the roles of Jayalalithaa and MGR. Both sported a vintage look and GV. Prakash's tune is in sync with the yesteryear retro song. Bhaskara Bhatla penned lyrics for the song while Niranjana Ramanan sang the song in a beautiful manner.
Vijayendra Prasad penned the story for the film which stars Nassar, Bhagyashree, Samuthirakhani, Madhubala, Jishu Sen Gupta, Flora Jacob, and Poorna in the roles of Karunanidhi, Sandhya, Veerappan, Janaki Ramachandran, Sobhan Babu, Indira Gandhi, and Sasikala respectively.
