Movie lovers in the state of Telangana got a good news. According to the latest, Telangana government has given permission to open theatres. It is known that exhibitors and distributors for long have been discussing about unresolved problems and expressed that even if the permission for the opening of theatres are given, they cannot open as they suffered huge losses as the theatres remained closed for more than a year.
Today evening owners of the theatres and exhibitors met Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivasa Yadav and submitted a requisition letter bringing to his notice the problems faced by them. Sunil Narang, Anupam Reddy, Abhisek Nama, Sadanand Goud , Bala Govind Raj Tadla and Telangana State Film Chamber of Commerce ED Kishore Babu and others met the Minister at his office in Masab Tank, Hyderabad.
With the Minister promising to bring the problems to the CM KCR and resolve them, the theater owners and exhibitors decided to open the theaters from tomorrow. The new films eill be screened from July 23 with 100% occupancy.
