Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s career biggest hit film Rangasthalam world television premiere show was telecasted on 14th October as Dasara treat for Telugu small screen audience. The film that did wonders at box office has got overwhelming response for its TV premiere show as well. It received a record 19.5 TRP ratings. Star Maa is said to have grabbed number one position with 947 GRP’s.
Rangasthalam had collected a full run share of nearly Rs 127 Cr for full run creating Non-Baahubali record. The film was lauded by all section of audience and it did stunning business in Charn’s weak zone, i.e. overseas. Charan’s exceptional performance, Sukumar’s realistic taking and Devi Sri Prasad’s music were major reason for the film smashing many records.
On the flip side, the effect of digital streaming is there on the film or else it would have got much better TVR. Prime Video that acquired Rangasthalam digital rights had uploaded the movie before it completed 100 days run in theaters.
Meanwhile, Ram Charan is shooting for tentatively titled film Vinaya Vidheya Rama under Boyapati Srinu’s direction.
