Like every year, this Sankrathi is also going to be special for Telugu movie industry. As many as four movies have confirmed their releases this Sankranthi. The first to release is the highly anticipated movie of the year, Agnyatavasi, starring Pawan Kalyan and directed by Trivikram Srinivas. This movie is releasing worldwide on January 10 with special night shows from January 9.
The next movie to release in this reason is Balakrishna starrer Jai Simha, directed by KS Ravikumar. This movie is set for a grand release worldwide on January 12. This movie has Nayantara, Hari Priya and Natasha Doshi shaking their legs opposite Balakrishna. Jai Simha is produced by C Kalyan and will be released by himself under CK Entertainments.
The third movie to release is a dubbed movie starring Surya and titled Gang. This movie is being released in Tamil as Thaana Sendha Kootam and is releasing worldwide on January 13. This movie is directed by Vignesh Shivan and Keerthy Suresh is paired opposite Surya. Gang is distributed by well-known banner UV Creations. The last movie for this season is Raj Tarun starrer Rangularatnam, which is produced by Nagarjuna under Annapurna Studios. This movie is releasing on January 14.
