Bollywood actress Kajol Devan is making a re-entry into South cinema after nearly two decades through Tamil film VIP 2 starring in a negative shaded character opposite Dhanush. Into the near past, VIP first part was released in Telugu as Raghuvaran B Tech as a dubbed version and stood as decent for Dhanush in Telugu states.
After a big gap, VIP 2 is all set for grand release on July 28th with Kajol as special attraction. Speaking about the experience of returning to South after Merupu Kalalu released long back, Kajol says South cinema changed a lot in these years and reached the pinnacle with Baahubali 2 setting an example that good movies work everywhere in the world.
Most importantly, Dhanush who is also in preparation for VIP 3 went all in praise for Kajol and promised that Kajol would be a part of VIP 3. ‘In fact, Kajol’s performance helped in elevating my performance. Our audience will be delighted watch her performance in VIP 2,’ said Dhanush.
Meanwhile, producer Thanu is all set for a grand release of VIP 2 in China and Thailand too.
