Young hero Nikhil Siddharth who splashed Tollywood with a fun filled joy ride of Happy Days in Sekhar Kammula direction is going back to same old golden days by doing the Telugu remake of Kannada blockbuster Kirik Party.
According to reports we got, Anil Sunkara’s AK Entertainments banner bagged Kirik Party remake rights at a fancy price from Kannada producers and roped in most popular choreographer Raju Sundaram to direct the film. Going by the same buzz, Rashmika Mandanna will reprise her own heroine character while rest of the important casting, crew is to be announced soon.
Nikhil is currently busy with Keshava and Kirik Party remake is expected to kick start in early June. Story of this youthful flick deals with a gang of mischievous students at Engineering College transforming into responsible adults. Apt title for Telugu version can be Happy Days 2.
