Pawan Kalyan’s awaited ‘Katama Rayudu’ trailer is unveiled just few minutes back at grandly held pre release event. Directed by Kishore Kumar Pardasani starring Shruti Hasan as heroine, this film seems to be a direct rip-off from ‘Veeram.’
First opinion one gets from the trailer is, except Pawan Kalyan’s presence rest of the aspects are no more going to be prominent. In Chenetha Khadi costumes with Panche Kattu and action twirled moustache, Power Star was too handsome to resist.
Hero mannerisms and brief shots as shown in the trailer clearly manifested ‘Katama Rayudu’ as a setup in authentic and colorful rural backdrop. Shruti Hasan, Ali, Shiva Balaji, Ajay, Krishna Chaitanya, Kamal Kamaraju, Naazar, Rao Ramesh and others appeared very regular.
Anup Rubens music is although average in background, Prasad Murella’s camera work enhanced the overall impact and so is the writing part like, ‘Arey… Nannu Rechakottakandi Raa’ or ‘Ammayilu Chaala Danger Roy… Chaala’ and the last one ‘Kopanni Ayudhaanni Ekkada Vaadaalo Thelusko’ focuses more on Pawan’s off screen persona too.
All in all, ‘Katama Rayudu’ trailer is loaded with regular masala stuff and may not do an iota of favor in further peaking of expectations. Alone Pawan Kalyan and his magical charisma is the savior. The film is all set for a grand release on 24th of this month that is next week.
