Films like ‘Yuganiki Okkadu, Naa Peru Siva’ introduced Karthi to Telugu cinema lovers as a passionate actor with superb acting skills. Extending his arms into Telugu industry, ‘Oopiri’ from PVP Cinema was the direct Telugu debut for Karthi and it succeeded majorly in impressing us.
Fresh release ‘Kaashmora’ being the next dubbed flick from Karthi and PVP Cinema, it too has won the Telugu hearts thus cementing Karthi’s position in Tollywood. Reports say, ‘Kaashmora’ enjoyed the Diwali festive advantage raking good shares all over in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Aggressive promotions, superb looks of Karthi as Kaashmora, Raj Naik and Nayanathara as Ratna Mahadevi created the interest.
However, ‘Kaashmora’ opened to divided verdict from critics which did not hamper the openings. Anyways, Karthi would be the happy man to see Telugu patronage. Wish, he will entertain us with many more direct Telugu films.
