Yesterday afternoon, the news on Chiranjeevi and Ramcharan having finalized the title for Mega Star’s 150th flick as ‘Kaththilantodu’ has hit like a thunder. Shooting is likely to begin from last week of April or early May. Well, everything is fine till here. Apparently, ‘Kaththilantodu’ is a direct remake of Tamil hit ‘Kaththi’ and they want to remain in sync with same title.
But ‘Kaththilantodu’ is not as powerful as Mega Star’s image. This title sounds something similar like ‘Speedunnodu, Sarrainodu’ and ‘Policeodu.’ However, Chiranjeevi has just suggested this name to director VV Vinayak and a final decision on the same is yet to be taken.
Mega Fans would love to see Chiranjeevi in a vigorous character and title should also be as mettlesome as the story. Currently, the script is locked and Vinayak is doing needful groundwork to launch the product and begin its first schedule. Time has to say, whether Vinayak will go with the same title officially or lock it just as a working title?
