Telugu People Are More Emotional!

Oopiri Hit In Telugu, Thozha Average In Tamil

Language barriers cannot stop the communication of emotions. Speaking or writing is just a medium to communicate where the entire process is just to drive the content. Director Vamsy Paidipally and producer Prasad V Potluri have done laborious hard work in scripting ‘Oopiri’ as large scale inspiration from heart touching ‘The Intouchables.’

Having released in Telugu as ‘Oopiri’ and ‘Thozha’ in Tamil, response from Telugu and Tamil audience appears to be dissimilar. While ‘Oopiri’ is given a thumbs up by Telugu critics and audience with 3.25 and 3.5 star ratings, same is not the case for ‘Thozha’ wherein ratings have marginally touched 3 stars declaring it as pretty average flick. Reports say, infirm emotional bonding and excessive length as reasons behind midpoint result in Kollywood.

Hence, it’s yet again proved that Telugu people are more emotional than rest of the world.
