Manchu Manoj is again geared for one more voluminous movie release tomorrow in the name of ‘Shaurya’ from director Dasarath starring Regina Cassandra as heroine. Just few hours left before release, the energetic hero revealed interesting news about his characterization and why this film is different from his other movies released off late. Tagged as ‘Thrilling Love Story,’ something has to be disclosed and some to be hidden.
‘If you pick my on screen character of ‘Shaurya’ and find an identical one off screen, then it suits perfectly for director Dasarath. So, the hero’s reel character is similar to director’s real life character. He is a serious looking young man with shades of an introvert. I gained 8 Kgs of extra weight for the sake of authenticity in characterization.
Good and bad are a part of our life. Everything lies on how we perceive them. This is the basic concept in our story and magnified the same feel throughout. Finely edited trailer also showed the same uncovering the base layer and concealing the main layer. I am very confident about ‘Shaurya’ and for the first time performed in a settled character,’ Manoj informed.
