As per latest buzz in film circles, Daggubati Suresh Babu serving as President to Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce (TFCC) is no more going to hold the prestigious post as he is declared suspended and ineligible in holding any post in Film Chamber on the grounds of failure to submit those mandatory documents to prove his fitness. City Civil Court declared Suresh Babu ineligible to contest for any elections in Film Chamber.
It will be now interesting to see how Suresh Babu reacts on whole issue. From 2011, he is serving the duties as Film Chamber president and was unanimously re-elected in July last year. Those who know the influential power of Suresh Babu in ruling the Tollywood are quite confident that this controversy is most likely to close very soon and he will be back in power seat.
On production, distribution and exhibition fronts, Suresh Babu holds a supreme power. In contrast to the court order, the statement from KL Damodara Prasad, Honorable Secretary TFCC mentioned that the two grounds, 1) Common Good Fund and 2) CCI on which Suresh Babu is declared incompetent are completely incorrect. Chamber is meant to react only after receiving the court order officially.
