That is the power of being developing a stardom of own. Allu Arjun is today one of the best versatile heroes Tollywood is blessed with. Among the contemporaries, the variety with which Bunny is going forward in career is sure to make him a longstanding hero with special image. One such film released yesterday standing along on the power of Allu Arjun is ‘Rudhramadevi.’
As the title suggests, this is story of a Kakatiya queen presenting golden era and glory of Kakatiya dynasty. However, Gunasekhar failed to restore or represent the grandeur in Kakatiya kingdom and hasn’t succeeded in exhibiting the greatness of Rudhramadevi or the administrative reforms she initiated. While missing of this key feature made the most anticipated historical flick a hollow one on concept creation, the all powerful experience of Allu Arjun as Gona Ganna Reddy completely outshined Anushka’s elegance.
‘Gunasekhar has to take the entire blame because how can he sketch a compelling character of Gona Ganna Reddy at the expense of diluting central theme in ‘Rudhramadevi.’ There were numerous flaws in elevation of Anushka while Bunny appeared like potential hero of this project. How can Guna be so insincere,’ a critic commented.
