Music has no barriers of religion, caste and communities. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam trust has wisely planned to rope in Oscar-fame musician A.R Rahman. He was called in to compose music for 14th century Telugu poet Annamacharya’s keerthanas for the temple’s traditional hymns.
Lord Venkateswara, the only major monument of Vaishnava cult in the South, was glorified by Annamaya. The TTD officials hope Rahman would lend his services for the Devasthanam. Though Rehman had done a lot of albums, this one must be something special!
