The role of Samanta in ‘S/O Sathya Murthy’ was seen as suffering with diabetic. For a glamorous girl like Sam, how can Trivikram think of attributing a disease? When Sam does not have any problem in portraying the same, why is it media and a section of critics are magnifying it? In fact, Sam accepts everything when Trivikram is her director. After working on ‘Aththarintiki Daaredi,’ she seems to have become a diehard admirer or say a disciple to Trivikram.
‘If you are struck in a problem and expecting for an answer from god, Trivikram comes before you with the same reply which you hope from almighty,’ Sam said. Isn’t this the peak of honesty? When reacting on the controversy of being diabetic, Samanta had answer.
‘In fact, I was diabetic two years ago. I suffered with low sugar levels. Trivikram sir has shown this diabetic in lighter vein. Women in current society are facing many problems and Diabetic is one among them. This is a common health issue. That is why audience loved the character. I haven’t done a funny role like this in the past,’ Sam said.
