The three National Awards winning Telugu film ‘Naa Bangaru Thalli’ had a commercial theatrical release yesterday in two Telugu speaking states. Directed by Rajesh Touchriver, produced by Sunitha Krishnan, the film is based on real life story of a girl trapped in prostitution based sex trafficking mafia. They have dealt the subject to perfection exploring physical pain and mental stress or the condition of a teenage girl struck in this ugly business, well done by Anjali Patil.
Above the commercial result, they are sure to enjoy the professional satisfaction with which Rajesh Touchriver is set to start his next film. The critically acclaimed director is beginning a new film with LB Sreeram in central lead character. While more details of this project are awaited, hope he is eyeing on few more awards for next year.
