The ace producer who got the film rights of a Japanese novel ‘The Devotion of Suspect X’ is upset because ‘Drishyam’ is mainly made with the crucial thread and essence in the above said book. Now that Ekta could not make a thrilling and hit film, she has decided to grill the original Malayalam makers first and filed a legal plagiarism case.
B-town reports make it to media groups that, Ekta has got all the laws on her side and court has also directed the Tamil version of ‘Drishyam’ starring Kamal Hasan to stop the shooting immediately. What kind of twists and turns ‘Drihsyam’ takes on from now will be quite interesting.
