Telugu Cinema better known as Tollywood for entire world is going to be in an advantageous position with two state Governments of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh ready to offer any number of sops in making of films. While Hyderabad is fixed as the base for Telugu industry after its shift from Madras, now the division of AP to carve out new Telangana state has led to creation of differences between Seemandhra and Telangana workers.
Anyways, a delegation of Tollywood has met Telangana CM KCR and AP CM Chandrababu Naidu yesterday to help the industry in cutting the expenditures by offering financial concessions. Seniors like Rama Naidu, Mohan Babu and others requested both the CMs yesterday and the result seems to be quite optimistic. Apparently, a section of Telugu film producers and directors hailing from Seemandhra are taking the hard steps to develop Vizag as the second headquarters for Tollywood. Will that happen?
