RGV Attacks Fail to Ignite BO

Once again, the famous assumption of good movies always fare bad at BO is proving right with Ramgopal Varma's new release 'The Attacks of 26/11.' This film based on real terrorist attacks on Mumbai in 2008 has received rave reviews and wonderful marks from critics. However, we hear that movie is faring far below the expectations due to reasons well known to director RGV. As per the trade reports, 'The Attacks' will have to pick up in coming days else it will end as one more disappointment.

Popular trade analyst Taran Adarsh says, 'The Attacks Of 26/11 won praise, but it did not translate into BO figures. Performed slightly better in Maharashtra and South India.' No wonders because Maharashtra is the state which was rocked by these real attacks and South India has always been the strong ground to perform for RGV. Let us see, how movie fares in next one or two weeks.
