Tasting stupendous successes as a writer, Koratala Siva has now become a director with 'Mirchi' slated for a massive release on 8th of this month with Prabhas, Anushka and Richa Gangopadhyay in lead roles. This project has lied on sets for more than a year with dedication of Prabhas finally pulling up for a release date. In fact, SS Rajamouli is the man who encouraged Prabhas to do this flick at a time when 'Baahubali' was left with a lot of pre-production work to complete.
'Prabhas requested me to wait for two more years as 'Baahubali' was to go on sets. Later on, when Rajamouli revealed on some more time he has needed to take 'Baahubali' get going, he advised Prabhas to complete my project of 'Mirchi' meanwhile. This movie is simply a mixture of family drama with love. Prabhas enjoyed doing this film showing many variations,' as said by director Koratala Siva.
