If director Devi Prasad exactly follows the screenplay of 'Tanu Weds Manu' in this remake of 'Mr. Pellikoduku,' then surely movie is going to be the big show of heroine Isha Chawla compared to hero's role done by Sunil. According to Telugu movie formula, it is hero Sunil who has to get the dominant portion both screen time and performance wise. However, the flavor of original version lies in the characterization of Kangna Ranaut who has gone a little overboard doing smoking and boozing scenes.
In order to give enough strength to the script, Sunil has to be so soft and Isha will be in the complete contrast shade. Till now, Isha Chawla is only adored for good looks and the 'Poola Rangadu' beauty has never shown the acting skill in her. When comparisons between 'Mr. Pellikoduku' and 'Tanu Weds Manu' come to the fore after the release, it will be a tough job for Isha to match the levels of a talented Kangna.
