Too Many RGVs in Tollywood

Like Ramgopal Varma who tries to capitalize on any major happenings in society, thanks to his trend which is catching the momentum in Tollywood now. While Bollywood and other regional industries are still in the shock of New Delhi Gang-Rape of a 23 year old girl who was declared dead, Tollywood is cashing on the subject from commercial angle. First in the list was heard to be Ramana Gaddam's movie 'Nisha' which has begun the shoot nearly a year ago. Director says that, he will edit the script to accomodate major emphasis on New Delhi incident. While film sources say this as a mere publicity stunt from Ramana, here comes Allani Sreedhar known for his artistic documentary touch.

This small time director and producer who earlier made 'Gautham Buddha and Komaram Bheem' is now planning a film on gang rape and subsequent protests shich shook India. 'Script is being worked on. I wanted to give a message to youth. As the subject is sensitive, it is difficult to portray the same on the big screen but I can't take this as a documentary because the message has to reach the target of youth audience,' says Allani Sreedhar.
