The much touted family entertainer in the combination of hero Venkatesh and director Dasarath is shelved with in the preliminary stages. With ‘Rajanna’ and ‘Damarukam’ on hand, hero Nagarjuna is believed to have given the nod for a film to be directed by Dasarath. Yes, story and script being the same which was submitted for Venky.
The actor-director pair had earlier given a super hit ‘Santosham’ 2002 while Dasarath has ‘Mr. Perfect’ off late. Buzz is that, director has narrated the subject to Nagarjuna who gave his immediate nod. So, Venky is dropped for the sake of Nag.
