There is every reason for Allu Aravind to face the music of Junior NTR in selling the new film from Geetha Arts which is ‘Badrinath.’ Although Allu is happy with the result of ‘100% Love’ turning out to be a surprising hit of the season yet he is known to have been suffering with problems in closing the business of ‘Badrinath.’
Main reason is that ‘Badrinath’ music has fared average and trailers cut by Geetha Arts team are showing the shades of Tarak’s super flop film ‘Shakti.’ Even after taking high level efforts by Allu & Co to publicize that ‘Badrinath’ is not a socio fantasy flick like ‘Shakti’ yet trailers are putting exhibitors in dilemma as this could turn out to be a risky project.
Obviously when Rs.40+ Crores are being invested on the film, Geetha Arts is expecting fancy amounts from exhibitors in distribution. But effect of ‘Shakti’ is severely pulling the business of ‘Badrinath’ on negative side. While Tarak, hero of ‘Shakti’ is happily enjoying the honeymoon, it is Allu & Co weeping with slow trade of ‘Badrinath.’
