March will end with flurry of films from various languages hitting the box office as Eid and Ugadi specials. Films like Robinhood and Mad Square are releasing from Telugu while Salman Khan is getting ready to break box office records with Sikandar. Chiyaan Vikram is set to test his luck with Veera Dheera Sooran while L2-Empuraan, sequel to Lucifer is also releasing this week.
The Eid and Ugadi celebrations will kickstart with dubbing films, Mohan Lal's L2-Empuraan and Chiyaan Vikram's Veera Dheera Sooran releasing on 27 March. L2-Empuraan is the sequel for the hit film Lucifer and is helmed by Prithviraj Sukumaran, while Vikram's Veera Dheera Sooran is releasing in two parts and the second part is releasing first. The film is releasing as Veera Dheera Soora on 27 March.
While 27th March witness the clash of dubbing films, 28th March will witness the clash of Telugu films. Nithiin's Robinhood and Mad Square are releasing on the same day. Nithiin's Robinhood is directed by Venky Kudumula and expectations are high as the duo earlier came up with the hit film Bheeshma. The film marks the entry of star Australian cricketer David Warner on the silver screen.
Mad Square is the sequel to the hit film Mad and it stars Narne Nithin, Sangeeth Shobhan, Ram Nithin in the lead roles under the direction of Kalyan Shankar.
Salman Khan is set to show his power on Eid with Sikandar. The film is directed by Murugadoss and Salman is pinning all his hopes on this film.
