The statement revealed that Saira made the difficult choice due to significant emotional strain in their relationship, creating an insurmountable gap between them. Despite their deep love, the couple feels unable to bridge this gap. Saira emphasized that her decision stems from pain and agony.
The couple tied the knot in 1995 and share three children: Khatija, Raheema, and Ameen. Their son Ameen took to Instagram, requesting fans to respect the family's privacy during this challenging time.
