As already conveyed to our readers (Link) about the tension situations prevailing in Anantapur district on the release of ‘Raktha Charitra,’ here comes the news that district BJP leader Vishnuvardhan Reddy and other Student Unions along with few other NGOs have submitted a written requisition to SP Charu Sinha on banning the ‘Raktha Charitra’ in Anantapur.
Even BJP threatened to attack Varma, if he arrives in Anantapur to watch the movie with general public. Not to create chaotic situations, Varma has timely cancelled his Anantapur tour and he will be watching the movie in any of the local Hyderabad theatres tomorrow. So, ‘Raktha Charitra’ has become the burning subject in Andhra Pradesh for now.
