Chiranjeevi reportedly acquired the property for a price of Rs 16.5 crores. This strategic investment places him alongside several other prominent businessmen and celebrities who own property in the picturesque region of Ooty.
Recent visits by his son, Ram Charan, and daughter-in-law, Upasana, indicate the family's plans to construct a lavish farmhouse on the property. The necessary permissions for the project have been acquired, and construction is expected to commence soon.
