Deepika Padukone Acquires Luxury Apartment For ₹17.8 Crore

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone's company, KA Enterprises, has recently purchased a luxurious apartment in Mumbai's upscale Bandra West area, reportedly worth ₹17.8 crore. The 1,845 square-foot property is situated on the 15th floor of the Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society, developed by Enorm Nagpal Realty.

According to documents accessed by (link unavailable), the sale was registered on September 12. Interestingly, the apartment is located next to her mother-in-law Anju Bhavnani's apartment, which is currently leased to her daughter Ritika and son-in-law Jagjeet Singh Bhavnani.

In a related transaction, Ranveer Singh's company, RS Filmcraft (OPC) Pvt Ltd, leased the neighboring apartment from his mother on September 5. This purchase adds to the couple's impressive real estate portfolio, which already includes a sea-facing quadruplex on Bandra Bandstand, near Shah Rukh Khan's iconic Mannat residence, valued at over ₹100 crore.

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh's recent acquisition comes shortly after welcoming their first child, a baby girl. The couple also owns a bungalow in Alibaug, purchased in 2021 for ₹22 crore. With their growing family and expanding real estate investments, the power couple continues to make headlines in the entertainment and lifestyle sectors.
