According to reports, the property deal was finalized in September 2024, with a stamp duty of ₹1.84 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000. This is not Prithviraj's first property in Pali Hill, as he and his wife, Supriya Menon, already own a luxury apartment in the same locality, valued at ₹17 crore.
