Nagarjuna requests well-wishers on N Convention Demolition.

N Convention: King requests to fans

Actor-producer Nagarjuna has addressed the recent demolition of his N-Convention center in Madhapur, Hyderabad, reiterating his claims that the structure was built on legally owned land.

The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Monitoring and Protection (HYDRA) demolished the venue on Saturday morning, alleging it was built on encroached land. While Nagarjuna initially condemned the action as "unlawful," the Telangana High Court granted an interim stay on the demolition.

Taking to social media, Nagarjuna clarified: "Dear all, fans and well-wishers, news about celebrities can often be exaggerated and speculated upon. I want to reiterate that the land on which N-Convention has been built is a Patta Documented land. Not even one cent of the land beyond that has been encroached upon."

He further emphasized that a Special Court of the AP Land Grabbing (prohibition) Act had passed a judgement on February 24, 2014, stating that no encroachment had occurred in Tummidikunta Lake. The formal argument regarding the matter is currently being presented before the High Court.

"I will abide by the law of the land and the court's judgment," Nagarjuna affirmed. "Until then, I sincerely request you not to indulge in speculation, any sort of rumors, misrepresentation of facts, and deviations."
