"Mr Bachchan," a remake of the Hindi film "Raid," is slated for an August 15th release, a decision driven by financial considerations and pre-existing OTT deals. Harish Shankar clarified that the team had to adhere to this release date despite the potential clash with another film.

He explained that Charmee might have been upset due to the earlier announcement of "Double iSmart" release date, but "Mr Bachchan" had to stick to its August 15th release date due to financial commitments and OTT agreements.
