The apartment is located in Signia Pearl, a high-end residential building known for its "Venetian Suites" concept, where interior walls seamlessly disappear to create expansive, interconnected living spaces. The building offers an array of premium amenities catering to an affluent lifestyle, providing residents with state-of-the-art facilities and a sophisticated ambiance.

The Sale Deed, finalized on July 22nd, incurred a stamp duty of ₹1.05 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000.

Madhavan's new acquisition is situated in Bandra Kurla Complex, one of Mumbai's most coveted addresses, blending commercial dynamism with upscale residential living. Its strategic location, high-end amenities, and luxury living options make BKC a highly sought-after destination in the city.

R Madhavan, who recently made his directorial debut with "Rocketry: The Nambi Effect," continues to be a busy bee in the film industry. He is set to lead in S. Sashikanth's debut film "Test," a sports drama featuring Nayanthara and Siddharth.

Additionally, Madhavan has signed on for two films produced by Mediaone Global Entertainment: a family drama directed by Mithran R. Jawahar, set in London, and a biopic about Indian engineer Gopalswamy Doraiswamy Naidu directed by Krishnakumar Ramakumar. He is also slated to play the lead role in Rajesh Touchriver's biopic of Chempakaraman Pillai, a supporting role in Karan Singh Tyagi's biopic of C. Sankaran Nair, and will appear in Swati Singha's science-fiction film, "G."

With his expanding real estate portfolio and a packed film schedule, R Madhavan continues to be a force to be reckoned with in the Indian entertainment industry.
