Why doctors panicked seeing Janhvi Kapoor

Janhvi shocker about doctors

Janhvi Kapoor has shared a harrowing account of her recent hospitalization due to food poisoning, revealing a previously undiagnosed digestive immunity disorder that left her feeling "handicapped and paralyzed." The experience, which she described as "quite scary," has prompted her to prioritize her health and listen to her body's needs.

A Body in Crisis:

Kapoor explained that her body was "exhausted" due to a relentless work schedule leading up to the promotions for her film "Mr and Mrs Mahi." She had shot three songs within a month without rest, was rehearsing for a fourth, and was simultaneously attending events and traveling. "I haven't really had a break," she confessed.

Food Poisoning Turns into a Health Scare:

While in Chennai for an event, Kapoor consumed something "funky" at the airport. Initially, she assumed it was a stomach bug, but her blood tests revealed a more serious issue. "My liver enzymes and my liver profile were way off, which gave doctors a lot of reason to panic," she shared. Her symptoms included body aches, weakness, shivering, and shaking.

A Lesson in Body Respect:

The experience, which left her unable to sleep, walk, or even use the restroom independently, has been a wake-up call for Kapoor. She now understands the importance of "respecting" her body and "listening" to its needs. Despite resuming work, she admits to still feeling "quite weak."

A Reminder of Vulnerability:

Kapoor's story highlights the importance of prioritizing health and recognizing the potential consequences of pushing oneself too hard. Despite her concerns about her dance performance and her appearance, she acknowledges the seriousness of her illness, reminding fans that even seemingly healthy individuals can experience unexpected health challenges.
