"I was told I could never become a mother," she shared, her voice heavy with emotion. Rakhi admitted to being heartbroken when the doctor confirmed the news after the surgery. Despite the pain, she acknowledged the need to accept this new reality.
In the same interview, Rakhi expressed gratitude to Salman Khan for covering her medical expenses. "Salman never forgets people, and he is really helpful in nature," she said, praising the Bollywood star for his support.
Initially, Rakhi's ex-husband, Ritesh Singh, informed fans about her condition, revealing the presence of the tumor. She later confirmed the news, assuring fans she would be fine soon.
"I will be fine very soon," she said, "I have a 10 cm tumor and will be undergoing surgery on Saturday." Rakhi explained that she was admitted to the hospital to stabilize her condition before the surgery. She also shared her intention to show the tumor after the surgery.
Following the surgery in Dubai, Sawant was admitted to the ICU and briefly entered a coma.
