Malayalam superstar Mammootty and acclaimed director Gautham Menon have officially begun filming their upcoming Malayalam project. Photos from the first day of shooting, which commenced on July 10th in Kerala, have been circulating on social media, generating excitement among fans.
The untitled film, produced by Mammootty Kampany, marks their sixth production venture. While the full cast and crew will be announced shortly, the initial line-up features a talented ensemble including Mammootty, Gokul Suresh, Lena, and Viji Venkatesh, who is known for his role in "Pachuvum Adbhutavilakam." The first clap for the film was reportedly given by Ramesh Pisharati and Lena.
This project marks Gautham Menon's directorial debut in the Malayalam film industry. Though he has previously acted in Malayalam and Tamil films, this is his first Malayalam film as a director since "Joshua Imai Pol Kaakha".
