Did HanuMan director target Ranveer?

Prasanth  Varma on targeting Ranveer Singh. Following a recent post on X about rejections being a blessing in disguise, Prasanth Varma, director of the blockbuster "HanuMan," faced speculation that his message was directed at Ranveer Singh. The two were set to collaborate on "Rakshas," but the project ultimately fell through.

In a statement , Varma clarified that the post was not aimed at any specific person. He explained, "It was a very generic feeling I had in the morning. I was thinking about the overall journey, and how rejections in my early years ultimately led me to create 'HanuMan'. I felt grateful."

He acknowledged his reluctance to post regularly due to the fear of misinterpretation. Regarding the "Rakshas" project with Ranveer Singh, he emphasized that the collaboration didn't materialize due to differing visions for the film. "We both had different ideas about how the film should be made. As an actor, I really respect him, and I believe he respects my work too. We still talk to each other. It just couldn't happen, but our relationship remained."
