Akhil next having forest backdrop just like Mahesh Babu. Akhil Akkineni, determined to bounce back from the disappointment of "Agent", is gearing up for his next project, a grand pan-India film under the banner of UV Creations. The project, still untitled, has been shrouded in mystery, with only whispers of its potential grandeur.
Under the direction of Anil Kumar, who has a previous association with UV Creations, Akhil is said to be portraying an eleventh-century forest warrior in a story inspired by the epic historical drama "Apocalypto". The film is envisioned to depict a completely different world, connecting the past with the present without resorting to time travel. Expect a dose of heart-pumping action and breathtaking stunts, set against a wild backdrop.
Interestingly, Akhil's film shares a thematic similarity with Mahesh Babu's upcoming film, "SSMB 29", directed by Rajamouli, which also features a forest setting and a character reminiscent of "Indiana Jones". However, Akhil is set to embark on his forest adventure before Mahesh Babu, with Anil Kumar aiming for real-world location shoots instead of relying solely on sets.
Despite the delay in commencing production, UV Creations is leaving no stone unturned to ensure the success of Akhil's film. With the completion of their current project, "Vishwambhara", the focus will shift completely to Akhil 6, with casting announcements, technical crew details, and other updates expected soon.
