'Geethanjali’, headlined by Anjali was released in 2014 turned out to be a blockbuster. Anjali even won the Nandi Award for Best Actress for her work in the horror comedy. Now, sequel to the horror comedy with title, “Geethanjali Malli Vachindi,” is gearing up for its release this April 11, 2024. Makers unveiled trailer of the film in an event.
The trailer begins with Srinivas Reddy telling a story to Anjali that he is about to film. As they begin filming their horror film in an abandoned palace, Sangeet Mahal the spirits appear. The team gets confused which is part of the film that they are making and which is real. The team encounters a real ghost family during filming for their horror film. The trailer hints hilarious and fun-filled entertainment as it follows the ghost family on their adventure during filming and the challenges they all confront.
Geethanjali Malli Vachindi is helmed by Shiva Turlapati. The film is produced by Kona Venkat’s Kona Films Corporation in collaboration with MVV Cinemas and the story and screenplay is penned by Kona Venkat. Anjali, Sunil, Srinivasa Reddy, Satyam Rajesh, Shakalaka Shankar, and Satya are among the cast.
The makers of Geethanjali Malli Vachindi unveiled three songs from the movie. Sujhata Siddhartha is the cinematographer for this horror film, and Pravin Lakkaraju is the music composer. The film will hit the theatres on 11th April.
