Bollywood Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who is gearing up for Nag Ashwin's epic science-fiction dystopian film 'Kalki 2898 AD', shared an update on the status of the film and his shooting. He shared that he is back from shoot and confirmed release date in his blog. He also confirms that the shoot is in its final stages and will be done very soon.
"Late again, but late from work last night as the completion of Kalki approaches, and as has been informed, it is May 9th of the release. So last efforts to get all in shape and in order to bring to all an experience that promises the vision of the makers,” Amitabh Bachchan said on his blog.
The movie, directed by Nag Ashwin, is expected to be in its post-production stage. The makers recently went to Italy for the shoot of a romantic song featuring Prabhas and Disha Patani. Meanwhile, Prabhas starrer 'Kalki 2898 AD' is a sci-fi thriller inspired by Hindu mythology figures. The movie is scheduled to release on May 9, 2024. It also stars Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani in key roles.
